Nice design and gives you a great work out. It was not difficult to put together, took about 75 minutes. The space saver design is great for small areas an comes in handy. Love the ifit card they include. the fan is another great feature, which I didnt think I would use, but always do. A couple things to keep in mind...you need to buy the adapter which is 20.00 as you will go through batteries quickly. I am 5'10" and the 18" stride is just enough, if I was any taller I would go with an elliptical with a longer stride. It was nice and quiet for about a week and then it began to squeek alot, but I just tune it out now and jam the music!
