This machine is great! My whole daily workout routine can be done with this machine. I couldn't be happier with it. It was easy to setup although it was extremely heavy! I live upstairs in an apartment I had to take the main cage apart into 3 seperate pieces to carry it upstairs! You should definitely consider how much weight the machine can carry. no exercises over 300 lbs. So if you get the point where you are benching 300 lbs you will have to upgrade or use free weights. but I have a long way to go before I worry about that :) With the machine I do bench press, incline bench press, pec-dec fly, leg curls, leg extensions, squats, front squats, Seated cable rows, bent over barbell rows, bicep curls. I even bought a situp strap to do weighted situps, tricep press downs... and more. The machine feels very sturdy and safe. You'll have to buy your own olympic sized weights to go with this as the machine does not include any.
