We used this machine daily. I would do a mile at a time going 2.8 MPH. Then when the machine was less than 2 months old, it increased it's speed on it's own to max.. It tried to kill me! Even with the safety pin on, I could have had a serious injury from a fall. I grabbed the handrails and picked myself up to get my feet to the sides.I called Nordic Track..it was horrible trying to get to talk to someone for help..it took 3 calls to get someone out to replace the " board". The second person I spoke to wanted to send me the " board" and have me install it even though I had had the unit for less than 2 months! Now that it is working again, I love it!I hope it lasts a long time!
