Have been training for a half marathon for a few months now. Started at 260lbs. Down to 230 now and 10 miles. This thing is simple, heavy, smooth and I'm sure it will last for years. Too bad there is no iFit, but if you play those on your ipod the work out can be easily input using the speed and elevation buttons. The sound is impressive and constitutes the gym stereo while working out on or off the treadmill. If you have an ipod touch you can watch movies that rumble!
