So you think you are in shape? 15 minutes on this and it is like you are just starting.This is a serious machine for the most dedicated athletes out there.1.5 hour assembly with one person and you are rocking your *** off.I still use my ellipticle also.Cardio one day then muscle building the nexted.Get it build it build you.
