I did the first level and also could not even hardly get started on the 2nd level due to the jump it makes. I actually started level 1 over again but doing all of the first week in 1 day. I'm going to make up my own workout to get to level 2 since Level one did not go to 5 MPH. Other than that I really enjoy the workouts. I'm thinking about getting a bike also
