Rec'd the 1st one December - Never worked until multiple calls for help, multiple service calls, multiple new parts and finally replacing it. That was April - The new one works, love it. Customer service is questionable at best. Wouldn't replace until I said the one I had was dangerous. The subcontracted service tech. was a part changer - never was able to diagnose the real problem.
