for my money this is the best exercise machine i have ever bought!I had been using a similar treadmill type of machine for about 3 years but i could tell after my first workout on the autostrider 800 that it was making me use muscles that the other machine was not.i just love this machine and use it about 70 minutes at a crack.i just can not get enough.It is fun to use.I recommend it to anyone that wants a lot of value for the buck.I could buy 3 of these autostrider machines for the price of my previous one .Thank you!!!
