I'm really enjoying using the iFit cards with our elliptical. I think that the cards provide me with the motivation that I need, and a realistic start to working out. The programs that came with my elliptical (Audiostrider 800) are a little too difficult for me, but the iFit level 1 card is perfect, as I'm just starting getting back into exercising. The only drawbacks I see is that Jillian repeats herself a lot. However, I love the pointers about diet and things that you can do OFF the elliptical to improve your health. More of that would be great, and maybe at the higher levels there will be more information like that.
