This elliptical is great and very stable. It helped me almost get rid of a knee pain I was experiencing. I use it 4 times a week and do about 200 minutes total. What's more the talking exercise program on the SD card is as if it were made for chaps like me who are blind. I have had it for 4 months now. Getting it set up by a professional is the way to go.
