I needed an exercise machine and routine to get me moving after having let my health go for at least 15 years of bad food, smoking and no exercise at all. A recent trip to the hospital changed my view quickly. I am now (smoke free) and working out every other day at a quick pace walk 2.8 or 2.9 and have moved up to a 50 minute workout starting at 5 % incline and working up to 8.5 and then cooling down at 6.5. (I worked my way up from 30 minute workouts at 5% max) I have been using the machine since July and have not had any problems so far. Receipt and Assembly is not suggested without a friend. The package itself is very heavy and cumbersome. Assembly is easy but difficult without someone helping you. The only issue I had was a small crack in the display monitor. Find a place in your home for it. It is not something you want to move every day.
