it doesn't take long to get results with this machine. if you use it right, and don't lean on the handles, it targets your abs, gluts, and thighs giving great results in just weeks. i think it's great that it doesn't even need to be plugged in. the machine actually works from the power you generate when u step on it. my only initial problem was that the pedals initially stuck a little, but after working it out (by stepping on in and lifting it back up) it doesn't stick anymore. my only concern now is that after having for a few months, it has developed a squeaking noise which is rather annoying.
