The unit was not packed well for shipping. When it arrived, many of the parts were loose in the box. The instructions for a different unit were included. It appears that my unit had been used as a demo and then put back in the box. After calling for the correct instructions, I was able to put the machine together. I then discovered that one of the adjustment knobs was broken and had to call and get that replaced. I also told the tech support person that the first few clicks on the weight adjustment make no difference. It takes so much to pull the cords even at the lowest weight level that my wife cannot use the machine. Otherwise, it works well and is easy to use. The tech support person did not seem to care about my issues.
