This is a great treadmill for those looking gym quality in a house setting. It has all the extras that you will find in a gym, like ipod hookup and TV. The feel is also the ones in the gym. No wabbling or bouncing. The iFit is a tremendous add-on that will help you keep motivated. At the lower price that NordicTrack is offering it you can't go wrong
