I received the treadmill and noticed that the box was damaged by fork of a forklift. Once it was assembled I saw the damage. I sent pictures of the damaged box and the damaged machine with an email and received NO response. I called and I was on hold forever. This was gift so I would have appreciated some response from Nordictrack.The treadmill itself is good. But it would be nice to have a book that detailed all of the pre-programmed routines. Overall, I like the treadmill. It is definitely worth the money spent.
