when the treadmill arrived a portion of the plastic facing was cracked/ damaged in shipping. we called the company and the service was immediate and courteous and complete. in an age where it seems you can't get even adequate service we have been thrilled. this is our second nordictrack treadmill. our last one from a decade ago we used into the ground. this one has been a great upgrade. has lots of little added "bells and whistles" the other one didn't have which has been an added bonus for us.
