I'm very happy with the bike. I get a thorough and comfortable work-out every time. I have some disk damage in my lower back, so running is not an option for me. Realizing I needed a stationary bike, comfort and low-impact exercise became important to me. I found all of these things when I considered this particular bike. Lately, I've been riding my face off and it feels great. The music port as well as the fan are nice touches also. My only issue was when the bike was delivered. I was told over the phone that the bike would come to me in about 8 pieces. It came in about 8oo pieces. After calling NordicTrack though, they quickly sent out an assembler to my home. All in all, I am happy with my purchase, I get a tough workout everytime I use it and I am not injuring myself in my attempt to get in shape. Thank you.
