Bench works well and is sturdy. It's made of high quality materials as are other NordicTrack products. It is also an excellent value for a bench and weights of this quality. The adjustments on the weights are easy to use and not subject to some of the issues with other adjustable weight systems. Storage of the weights is convenient, except that you need to raise the bac of the bench to retrieve or adjust them easily. My only complaint is that I thought the website listing was unclear as to how much weight was on each dumbbell. (Each has a maximum of 15 pounds.) I was actually looking for 30 pounds each, and when I called NordicTrack, the representative assured me it was 30 pounds per dumbbell. So I have filled in with some higher weight dumbbells I purchased separately. Still happy with the equipment but frustrated that the listing and representative were a little unclear.
