I've had my elliptical for just under one year. I like how quiet the machine is. I wish the console had a book/magazine rack. Unfortunately the right handle grip has never been able to record the heart rate. And, two weeks ago, a bolt broke in half on the right back wheel. I have an Icon service guy coming tomorrow to replace the bolt as well as the right handle grip. These issues surprise me since I average only 1 45-minute workout each week.
