I love these workouts. I had bought one ifit when I bought my treadmill. So I had level one under my belt when I received Jillians level 2 & 3. I went straight to level 2. It did say it would be going to 5 miles per hour and even though I am in week 5 I have yet to see it. Sure that it is coming. I love the encouraging words and just when I think I can't go another minute I am done. I love hearing Jillian say keep it up, you can do it, are you cursing me yet, weight loss is not given it is earned and you get out what you put in to the work out. I am very happy with my iFit cards. I did wish it was set up for 5 days a week instead of 3 but I just use the ones in the week over again. Thank you Jillian.
