I purchased a new inline trainer x3 this year. My old treadmill was lost when our home flooded last summer and I hadn't replaced it yet for reasons as stated below.I am a registered nurse, age of 55, with two chronic health conditions; rheumatoid arthritis and osteoporosis. I had gained weight due to my medications and was just not feeling well. I had not been exercising regularly because of pain and just lack of motivation. I decided to try to improve my health after the first of the year. I quit smoking and started to go to the local YMCA to work out because I didn't want to gain even more weight.It was OK at the YMCA but not very convenient. I was using an elliptical and a recumbant bike because my old treadmill was painful on my feet and ankles. After I did a lot of research online, I decided to order your incline trainer.THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!I have been working out at least five days weekly on my new trainer and I just love it. The new suspension system does just as promised-it was so much easier on my joints and did not cause ankle or foot pain. I am able to have a more intensive work out because of this. I am amazed that climbing at the various inclines is so much easier on my joints than walking at a higher speed on a regular treadmill. When I get a craving to smoke, I just hop on the machine for ten minutes and the craving disappears. The built in fan makes the workouts more pleasant. I just received my workout cards and I'm excited to try these. My husband has been using the machine also. We just returned from our annual vacation to the Caribbean. Last year, we had to change rooms because I was not able to tolerate climbing a flight of stairs to our first room. I was not able to walk on the beach because of weakness and pain in my ankles and feet. This year, our room was on the fourth floor and I used the stairs at least 75% of the time.
