I had no problem getting through all 24 sessions of Level 1 with a max speed of 3.5 mph. But I couldn't even come close to being able to get through the 1st session of Level 2. It was way to big of jump between Level 1 and the start of Level 2. I will have to use my own custom sessions in order to get into enough shape before starting the Level 2 progam.It seemed that the Level 1 program wasn't on par with what Jillian was saying during the workouts. She would say that she was going to take the speed of the treadmill all the way up to 5 mph and didn't want me to run - only walk. The max speed over the entire Level 1 program was just 3.5 mph.I like the program and will keep working at it so that I can start Level 2.
