An orthopedic surgeon advised me to buy this skier. He had been using one for years, and he told me "It's the single best piece of aerobic exercise equipment you can have in your home." I followed his advice and was not disappointed. In this age of ellipticals, the NordicTrack skier is often overlooked, and that is a shame, because using it is an excellent way to maintain aerobic fitness.
