These are a great value though I wish Jillian would give more insight and personal instruction. She does walk you through work out and give motivation though.I'm half way through level one and I've lost about 12 pounds. I have tried to cut out sugar and so I'm sure that's helping as well. Hopefully these will keep me from needing to be a contestant on The Biggest Loser:)
