My last treadmill didn't have a TV and I'm surprised at the difference this makes. It's great that I can plug in my headphones and listed to my own show without bothering the people around me. Of course there's some noise with running on the treadmill but it's less distracting for people than turning up the show I'm watching that is just in front of me. I figure I work out about twice as long on this treadmill than my last one becuase I figure I'll work out until my show is over. The quality seems to be outstanding and I haven't had any trouble so far.
