The Freemotion is really sturdy so I think it will last a long time. The motion is almost like a stepper crossed with an elliptical but it's smoother than a stepper and the stride adjusts as far as your want until you hit the stride limit. I think it's 35 inches or so. It's a really good stretch and it feels great. It feels like more natural movement to me than an elliptical. I also wish I could get the Jillian cards. Please make the soon! :) I'll buy them as soon as they are released.
