This year I decided it was time to lose some weight. I'm about 265 and need to get down to about 195. The A2550 doesn't have any trouble spinning the belt while I'm on it. Even if I'm just walking it goes just fine. I've heard walking is harder for the engine than running because it takes more torque. In three weeks I've lost about 10 lbs.
