Comments: This machine is definitely for serious runners/exercisers. The speeds change fast, it's nice to have each mph on the side instead of manual changing it in .1 increments, I love the long running deck so you can get a good stride, when you accidentally stop a workout you can resume where you left off, I really enjoy the preset workouts and the ifit technology seems to have some great workouts if you want to pay for them 10$/month. The running deck bounces with you when you run, it is very comfortable. You can get on the internet if you're walking or send yourself an email of your workout at the end. Also Jillian encourages you on some workouts which I think is cool. I am incredibly pleased. The only negative I noticed is it doesn't seem like the heart rate readers you place your hands on are very accurate as my heart rate was anywhere from 70 to 170 bpm in a very short span of time. I haven't tried the wireless monitor which I'm sure would work better.
