I bought it for my knees

Comments: I had to give up running becuase me knees were getting to bad. I don't think biking is as good as running but it solved my knee pain.The console is great and the programs help keep it interesting.I like having the heart rate monitors in the handles by the seat. that is much more convenient than having to reach up to the console. The seat adjustment is fantastic. It's easier than sliding the seat in my car.It's getting four stars becuase I had to put it together. It wasn't hard and I know it saves money on shipping but I don't like how everything has to be assembled now.
