Comments: I've been using for week 8lbs. 2.75oz. lost. I use to weigh 406lbs and size 50 pants and 4xxx large shirt my nickname was mammoth I suffer from sleep apnea and diabetes I would inject myself twice a day now diabetes is gone and no longer sleep with my d-pap machine. I'm 50 years and look and feel great as told to me by my friend which everyday ask me for the secret. i just tell reasonable excersise every other day with great piece of excercise hardware like this unit. thanks for aiding in bettering my life. sinserly Mr.Johnny F. Valentine
