The extra incline is great

Comments: This machine provides a great workout and Jillian's workouts are great. Overall, I really like this product with only a couple of drawbacks. The deck is a little short for running for anyone that is taller. Also, the slanted cupholders make no sense. If my water bottle is full, it constantly falls out of the holder because of the angle. I also had to pay for a treadmill tech to come out and "fix" the treadmill as soon as I set it up because it wouldn't run. It turned out that the manufacturer hadn't made an internal connection and it was nothing that I had done/not done. Not sure that making the customer pay for that service call is good customer service. Having said all that, it's a great product and provides an intense workout.
