Comments: I bought all 3 levels of the Lose Weight ifit cards and still on the level 1 beginner's card. Its definitely challenging. I am use to the elliptical. We have had ours for over a year, and I found it almost impossible for me to keep up with the appropriate rpm. Its still a great workout if you dont mind ignoring the speed up symbol flashing, but for me I think it defeats the alternating intensities when the whole thing has me in my high heart rate zone. Id would have preferred seeing lower rpms and more changes with the resistance levels.
