Comments: I just started working out and got the iFit cards "Get Fit" 1 & 2 for free. I am only on week 3 and have lost 6 pounds. The workouts are doable, but challenging at the same time. She first starts you out with three 20 minute work outs and then you bump up to 30 minute workouts after that. I also started watching my calorie intake. I can definitely manage 30 minutes 3 times a week. I am looking forward to when I complete Card 1. I agree with the other reviewer about her repeating some of her phrasing. But sometimes I want to give up midway through the workout and then all of a sudden Jillian magically says, "DON"T STOP. I know it's tough, but this is where you are melting away the fat." That gives me enough motivation to keep going. I also like that the program moves your incline and speed as if a trainer was doing it for you. I know if I just stay on the treadmill for 30 minutes I will get a quality workout as if a trainer were really with me. And if I get tired of hearing Jillian repeat herself I just turn her down and turn my music up!
