Pretty good so far, but could be better
By DG IL (Downers Grove, IL) on (Sep 9, 2009)
Comments: Just tried assembling over the weekend. Not used yet, but here are my thoughts on product design and assembly: 1. Manual needs updating. It mentions only 4 wires to pull from the base unit up the neck to the control panel. Need 4 wire to pull through. 2. A little wider neck would make pulling the 4 cables through easier. When you pull them through, pull 2 over the cross bar and 2 under. Will make it easier. 3. Tucking the wires from the control panel (where TV is located) back into the neck is tough. Not much extra space there. A little more open area to tuck the wires back in would be very helpful. 4. Right arm would not connect to unit. Think a rough edge is to blame. Field Tech coming to house to evaluate. Hopefully a quick resolution. All in all, the unit seems sturdy and in brief testing, the incline and variable stride seems good. A wider range of resistance levels (only 1 - 16) might be helpful.
