Erratic Operation and Failure

Comments: The volume, despite being on the lowest setting, was extremely loud. After less that 20 hours of total use, the display began responding sluggishly. Now there is no display whatsoever and none of the buttons work. The only indication the unit is getting power is the fan continually runs in low mode when the toggle is switched on. After 3 calls to the service department and being put on hold a couple of times for a total of about 20 minutes, I'm being shipped a new console and a technician will be coming to install it. I purchased the 4 year extended warranty and am glad I did, although the aforementioned problems are covered under the 1 year purchase warranty. I sure hope the new console is the last problem I have with this treadmill.
