wow what a workout!

Comments: I love Nordic Track equipment. Over the years I have owned a treadmill and a stairclimber. I started to have back problems when walking/jogging on the treadmill so I sold it and bought the audiostrider. I could easily walk at a high incline for an hour and barely sweat on my treadmill but the elliptical has me sweating pretty freely after 20 minutes! My arms have toned up and my butt has totally re-shaped. The incline is wonderful. My back does not baother me at all anymore. My only small complaint is that it a bit squeaky. But then, I am a teacher and my ability to tune out is pretty strong......
