Comments: I want to like the machine more then I do. I really do. But I have had probelms and it's taking 4 months to correct them. First off, I paid for assembly and they damaged my ceiling and new that the machine wasn't right. The speakers made A LOT of noise when there wasn't anythig plugged into it (i.e. iPod) so I called for tech support. I was sent on a wild goose chase looking for a white line filter sold a R---o S---k. I went to 6 stores looking for this piece and it was like I was looking for a unicorn. I ended up pluging the machine into a very expensive powerstrip which is supposed to remove any noise from the power lines and it didn't work. I called tec support and they sent out a whole new monitor. The repairmen came and replaced the unit with a monitor with a bad display. They knew it and I caught them trying to leave without telling me. It's been about six weeks, I just received the monitor and I am waiting for the repairmen to call me back. The machine also makes a knocking noise and the pulse monitor stinks. I feel like I am going to drop dead and it rates my pulse at 42bpm. That said, I think that I just caught a lemon. I can see how people like the machine, but I think that it is the luck of the draw. Beware.
