Sweet machine

Comments: This is the best elliptical I've ever used (except for when I had a gym membership) It's smooth, QUIET and the stride is natural. I've heard customer service is tough in January but I don't think I'll have any trouble with this machine. The sound is good and the ramp is very smooth. It's very advanced. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Buy it, you won't regret it.
