Comments: Easy to assemble & good solid construction. It took me three hours (alone) with only a little help to mount the main console and connect the wire harness. But I am a grad mech engineer. It could have been better if:1) The page with the parts shrunk wrapped on it had the same reference number as the assembly manual. One has to read the part description of the bolt or washer and find the same spec on the page. Part numbers are NOT cross-referenced. But part numbers are used in the manual!2) There should be guidance on "How Tight" each part should be engaged. I think, most of the parts at the start of assembly should be tightened as hard as you can. But the the last 6 plastic covers bolted on to the axels should only be lightly tightened. I broke the first two by tightening their bolts too tightly. Lock tite on the bolts is a nice touch.3) Finally the kit was short two washers (std sized so it was easy to find in my jar of spare nuts and washers) and long by two screws. The instruction manual said there may be surplus parts. This leads me to believe that NordicTrack saves about $1 on the parts warehousing by sending the the same screw & washer set for a more than one model and let the customer figure it out. Penny-wise and pound foolish Nordictrack.
