Comments: This is a surprising little machine. For those who need instructions...they are in the bag...it's not rocket science. I have been working out for 30 years and recently had to ease up...it's perfect while reading a book (kill two birds with one workout) or if one uses the cords it gets the heart pumping. Fifteen minutes in I am totally sweating. Hopefully it's built strong enough to last. So far so good.
