Comments: Our experience with the NordicTrack phone order staff was exceptional! We received our ACT Elliptical and put it together in no time. The directions stated that I needed a rubber hammer, but it was not necessary. The parts were well protected and removed with just a little muscle. Once we got it together, we started to exercise. We heard a scrapping noise and immediately called the tech support. They had someone to our door in a few weeks and the problem was rectified. The tech person was friendly and even gave us a suggestion to keep the power transformer unplugged so as to not wear it out due to it heating up. We are using the ACT and its many programs and have the IFit program, too! We are pleased that it is small enough to fit in our home.
