Some noise fixed with great customer service

Comments: I had a very good customer service experience in both ordering the product, having it professionally assembled and later having some noise issues resolved. The ACT is a very good machine with some very good features. The only thing I would change is the programmable settings to allow different times rather than the set 20 minutes and to expand the number of terrains beyond the standard 4. I have to say, though, that 20 minutes seems to fly by really fast with this machine. I have not figured out the heart rate monitor. I put my hands on the handlebars, but there is no read out. Not a big concern for me, however.
