Comments: I've had this machine for about 4 months now and it has been pretty solid so far. Please be aware that it is really REALLY heavy, and the guy that brought it to my door was alone and older than God. I gave him $5 to help me get it in the door. I was able to set it up alone, because I have it coming out of my closet and used the coat bar and some string to hold up the heavy top part while I connected the wiring. The workout is great and I got the first 2 ifit chips for getting the warranty, which are fun. Now some criticisms:1. I am simply amazed that there is no volume control or headphone jack! These $1-2 basic additions are the critical missing components in keeping this machine quiet for housemates at odd hours or for turning down to listen to tv/radio/computer. The speakers blare to point that they rattle noisily and are of LOW quality. That said, the precision of the machine itself (if well greased during setup) is impressively quiet.2. The fan direction points either uselessly straight up to the ceiling or, at best, rotates "down," but even at the lowest setting, still up and off to the right, so high that it just hits the right side of my face (and I'm 5' 10"). There is no left to right adjustment at all. I had to tape a piece of cardboard to try to redirect the fan to actually hit me in the body, which is pretty bobo, as the kids say.Other than the three half stars I took off for no volume control/headphone jack, poor speaker quality, and poor fan design, I would have given this a perfect score for the price.
