Comments: at first my experience wasn't good. The delivery company must have been pretty rough with it becuase the box was banged up when it got to my house. The frame was bent as well. After waiting almost 10 days to get it I was mad! I called in and the operator set up a return. he also gave me a little discount and a couple ifit cards. That took the edge off a little. I wish I could remember his name. He really tried hard to make sure I was happy and he built my confidence again in Nordic Track.It was definately worth the wait though. The machine works perfectly and I love the adjustable strider. It's very ergonomic. The stride motion seems a little flatter than ellipticals I tried at the store. They tended to go up and down a lot more. Even though it's a flatter motion It's a good workout for me and much more comfortable. I love the ACT and don't regret getting it. I'm also impressed with how Nordic Track stands behind their customers.
