Fanstastic workout machine

Comments: In the past I have tried several different workouts to build my chest bigger but nothing worked but the Nordic Track PT3 is different. Because of the freemotion technology i was able to target parts of my chest i never worked out before and hit the muscles from different angles.I Strongly recommend the machine to any guy trying to build muscle
