Comments: A little bigger than I thought. The adjustment for weight sticks out the back so the machine has to set away from the wall a couple of feet. It doesn't show that very well in the pictures. The packing was damaged when I got it but the machine was okay. It has built in exercises for Men, Women, and specific muscle groups. It can actually do over a hundred different execises but the instructions are not there for all of them. The minimum weight is 10 pounds. It may not sound like a lot but my wife had a hard time at first. We found adjusting the arms different than instructed helped because she is about 5 and a half feet tall. We are both not young and very out of shape. It seems to be a very good workout and a good value for the money. I hope the IFit cards will be available soon !
