Comments: I inherited my Nordic Track Pro from my grandfather after being unable to find a good, effective low- to no-impact exercise machine. Having a suffered a serious dance injury at 13, I have great trouble with any kind of impact on my ankle. This machine is WONDERFUL. I do an hour a day at resistance level four and am burning 500 calories a session with it. I'm hoping once I get back in shape, I'll be able to do even more time at higher resistances, which also makes this machine great because it grows with you. I LOVE my Nordic Track!
