Comments: Oh, yes! I have counted calories since 8th grade and when my chronic pain therpaist asked me my machine of choice, I said, without hesitation, "My NORDIC TRACK skier!" He agreed whole heartedly and told me how much he loved his Nordic Track Skier. He told me that I had better watch the weight loss and I replied that would not apply to me. I was the chubby kid. He told me to wait and see and to my amazement the pounds fell off. I only needed to lose ten (10) pounds, but fifteen enjoyably fell off and I had to eat properly to maintain my weight. Suffering from atypical facial pain caused by a bad surgeon, who operated without need, the blood flow to my face eased the excruciating pain. I've had my Nordic Track "PRO" for 16 years and I have probably skied over a thousand miles. I have other machines for variety, but usually get bored and hop back on my Nordic Track. It cannot be beat!
A classic in the home fitness world, the Classic Pro Skier is still a fan favorite for its effectiveness. Smooth, natural motion of Nordic skiing offers exercise without injury or discomfort, while adjustable resistance and elevation let you easily adjust the intensity of your workout. Independent resistance controls for the arms and legs give you training variety. The LED feedback window tracks time, distance calories burned and pulse.
