Comments: Of all the physical fitness equipment I have tried, this machine by far has given me the best possible workout. Here's why: (1) little to no impact so almost no chance of injury; (2) provides aerobic activity and strenth training simultaneously; (3)delivers high calorie burn; and (4) skiing movement whittles waistline. Literally, no other workout I have ever done compares to this! It does not disappoint.
