Comments: I have had a Nordic Track Ski machine since 1991.Best exercise ever.I am a Jockey, so weight is a big issue for me. My Nordic Track ski machinehas helped me keep it down. I set it at a low resistance, I want to lose the wait but not build the muscle as that is weight.You should see my machine, all covered in rustfrom sweat ,plus weather when it has been outside in places I have been. That baby keep's on ticking......Forget other so called exercise machines,the ski machine can give it all.believe me I live by it...bye the way ,on my starsI would have given six stars but I hit the wrong button.Enjoy the best Machine ever.
